How Nestlé leverages Pleaz to enhance health and wellbeing globally


Broadening out a digital tool across +80 markets and +250.000 employees.

As written in our first success story, Pleaz was born in co-creation with Nestlé Nordic. 

After testing the potential of the partnership locally for a year, Pleaz and Nestlé decided to continue the partnership and broaden out to other markets in the coming two years. By 2024, this means that Pleaz is now an integrated part of Nestlé's ways of working, and an essential part of their global wellbeing offerings. Nestlé as a global leader in the food industry is present in 79 countries around the world. Over 270.000 employees are offered a healthcare program. Pleaz platform, being a part of it, was implemented in all Nordic branches. At the beginning of the collaboration, Nestlé’s Nordic was using the initial version of the Pleaz Platform. This experience brought a deeper understanding of what wellbeing means for remote employees and greatly contributed to the current fundamentals and presence of the platform.
