A Nordic approach to workplace wellbeing

OSM Thome Latvia team has designated local “Pleaz master” and we do regular exercises 3 x a week.

It is not only useful for our tired backs and necks but also fun few minutes of informal interaction with colleagues.

We've implemented Pleaz as a social wellbeing routine across all our Nordic offices, and the results have been great! Twice a week, we connect virtually for a Pleaz activity, and even after 2 years, more than 80% of our employees continue to participate.

Not only do these activities provide a refreshing wellbeing boost, but they also strengthen connections between colleagues across different locations.

We do it every week in our hybrid team meeting with colleagues in UK, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.

Everyone loves to start the meeting doing a Pleazer, and the feedback has been that Pleazers actually helps them feel better and more connected.
