Eskild Ebbesen, six time Olympic medalist as a part of the "Golden Four" rowing team, with a master's degree in exercise physiology.

Eskild has been working with organizations for 20 years with health tests and motivating company employees through health-promoting workplace projects, which is exactly what he does through the Pleazers available through our solution.

Rikke Hørlykke

Rikke is a former professional handball player and Olympic gold medalist with the Danish national team. Now she's a personal trainer and Cognitive mental coach. 

Rikke has made a variety of "snack-sized" Pleazers for the busy working day, that are available throughout our products.

Henrik Duer

Henrik is a trained exercise physiologist from the University of Copenhagen. His public appearances started as host in the Danish TV show "Extremely Fat" (2010-2014), and since then, he has specialized in weight loss.

Henrik has created a series of Pleazers that will inspire you and give you a motivational kick in the butt and a clear message on how to succeed with a healthy lifestyle.

Stig is a professional freediver with multiple world records and a PhD in Medicine. With his passion for breathing he founded Breatehology to help the world breathe better. 

Together, Pleaz and Stig has created a variety of breathing exercises to destress, energize or regain focus.
