How to set it up? ✅

Schedule a recurring MS Teams meeting with your colleagues from December 2nd to 23rd. It all happens inside Teams and no equipment is needed. Find inspiration for your calendar invitation below.

Can it be a competition? 🏆

If your colleagues like to compete, you can use the leaderboard inside the Pleaz app to add a little more excitement – maybe you even want to put a prize at stake.

How does the leaderboard work? ⚡️

  • You earn 100 points by completing a Pleaz session – you need to stay to the end.

  • Earn 10 bonus points for every participant completing the session (up to 10 participants).

  • To sum it up, you can earn 110-200 points per session. 


How to do in a MS Teams meeting

1. Start the Pleaz app 

Once added to the meeting series, everyone can start it from the top bar – not just the meeting owner 🎄

2. Prepare for voting

Choose settings of the team activity. They can be fun. They can be active. They can be calming. Or a mix of all three 💫 

3. All participants vote 

Now it's time for everyone to cast their vote – democracy decides the activity 🎁
